    Monitoring and optimizing 2G KPIs for the SWAP project, analyzing incidents impacting Orange QoS, conducting technical studies and internal knowledge transfers, providing weekly progress reports, troubleshooting radio parameters, and negotiating KPIs with Ericsson to maintain QoS in swapped zones.
