    Monitoring and optimizing 2G/3G/4G KPIs for the SWAP project, investigating technical incidents impacting Orange users' QoS, conducting technical studies, supporting radio design for multi-technology integration, and troubleshooting to optimize radio parameters.
  • Projet Centre de service Alcatel-Lucent - SFR France
    Established the process for triggering, analyzing and reporting to the Radio Engineering Department (DIR) and NOC, performed 2G network dimensioning studies for rehoming and controller repair, optimized 2G/3G radio parameters to meet customer KPIs, monitored radio performance during CROZON and ZTD frequency transitions, managed implementation and performance monitoring of future 2G-4G reselection (ALLU vs. NSN), and delivered weekly activity and incident reports to top management.
